adequate stay
nice breakfast friendly staff central location night noise poor soundproofing difficult relaxation
i found the breakfast quite nice. the staff was very friendly and helpful (they provided good local tips). the hotel's central location made it easy to get around. the room service was prompt and efficient.
unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night. the noise seemed to come from both inside and outside the hotel. this made it difficult to relax. i think the soundproofing could be better.

easy access super clean room superb service original features
the location was excellent with easy access to the port and taxi rank. the room was super clean and cleaned daily. the staff provided superb service and seemed genuinely happy to work there. the original features of the oldest hotel in the area were a nice touch.
the noise level at night was noticeable even with the windows closed

our studio sea view was beautifully furnished and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. a modern kitchen and bathroom were included. we had ample space and found the room to be exactly as expected.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
modern kitchen large room helpful team central location
The room featured modern kitchen facilities alongside a well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was available from an a la carte menu either delivered directly to the room or enjoyed in the restaurant below. I found the housekeeping team to be very helpful. They handled my laundry and returned it the same day. The central location made accessing supermarkets, restaurants, and the port simple..
The noise levels outside at night did affect my ability to get an undisturbed night's rest at times. The building's sound insulation did little to block out exterior sounds, so I had to adjust.
